Project Overview

Rancho Santana is a large-scale hospitality and real estate platform developed for a luxury resort and residential community spanning more than 2,700 acres on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast.

The website serves multiple audiences — guests, property buyers, and event planners — combining booking flows, property discovery, and lifestyle content into a single, cohesive digital experience.

The Challenge

The main challenge was designing a front-end experience that supports very different user journeys without fragmenting the interface or overwhelming users with content. The platform also needed to handle large visual assets while remaining fast and usable.

My Role

I was responsible for the complete WordPress front-end implementation and content architecture. My focus was on building a clean, scalable UI system, optimizing user flows, and ensuring strong performance despite heavy media usage, while supporting complex backend functionality through structured content models.
