Pattern Energy
Project Overview
This project is a large-scale, multilingual WordPress platform developed for Pattern Energy, a global renewable energy infrastructure company. The website presents a complex international portfolio of wind, solar, transmission, and energy storage projects through a clear, accessible, and performance-focused front-end experience.
The primary goal was to translate a large volume of technical and geographic data into an intuitive interface that works seamlessly across languages, regions, and devices.
The Challenge
Pattern Energy required more than a standard corporate website. The platform needed to support multilingual content, interactive data visualization, and scalable editorial workflows — all while maintaining visual consistency and strong front-end performance.
- Presenting a global portfolio of projects through a clear and intuitive UI
- Ensuring consistent design and UX across multiple languages and regions
- Building an interactive map-based experience without sacrificing performance
- Supporting complex content structures while keeping the interface editor-friendly
- Meeting accessibility and usability standards for a broad international audience
My Role
I was responsible for the complete WordPress implementation with a strong focus on front-end architecture and user experience. This included developing a custom theme, designing reusable UI components, structuring content for multilingual delivery, and ensuring performance and accessibility across the multisite network.
